Personal Financial Manager

  • Everyday life assistance for those who travel a lot, have medical problems or just want help with bill payments, financially related research, disputes of any nature or anything else related to their finances.
  • Insurance Issues: medical or other types of claims follow up, correspondence with providers, Flex-Spend account filings.
  • Rental Property: "watch dog" service to review statements from property management companies, follow up on repairs and maintenance as needed. Make sure you are receiving the payments you are due from property managers!

Senior or Transitional Assistance

  • Assist senior in remaining independent in managing finances for as long as possible.
  • Assistance when a spouse passes away and surviving spouse is new to handling the family finances.
  • Assistance when medical or other issues take you away from your ability to control finances.
  • Evaluate your family's finances to help you make the best decision about assisted living versus remaining at home.
  • Assure information is available at the time it is needed (someone passes away or is incapable of handling their finances).

Executor and Trustee Services

  • Set up appraisals for assets as required for estate filings. Determine legitimate outstanding debts and liabilities of the estate.
  • Work with your trusted professionals to resolve the estate quickly and allow you to move forward.

  • Organize your financial life... budgets, forecasts, cash flow analyses. Charts and graphs to make your point or help you understand.
